-Our Activities Directors and teams take time with each resident to understand what their passions are for day-to-day activities as well as outings and job placements. This helps support independence and maintain the sense of community we set out to create.

Do your residents work?

-Yes, many of our residents work. Some of our residents worked for 20-30 years before retiring, some people currently hold stable jobs and others are just starting the process to find the right job for them. We work with our community to support our residents in finding the right fit, working through challenging situations, and doing their best. Residents who do not work often volunteer either on their own or with us as a group if they would like.

How does transportation work?

-Residents get to and from work, appointments, outings and fun, and visits with friends and family in a variety of ways.
-We have vans and cars we use for transportation. Most residents qualify for the door-to-door bus service, and we even have residents that drive themselves!

Can residents come home for visits, go on family vacations, and go on trips?
